I have bread on the brain. Bread is the foundation for pizza, sandwiches, and let’s face the facts… bread is a great snack or side with any meal.

What is it about straight-up carbs that makes our mouths water? Whatever the answer is I am glad I have this warm and buttery roll recipe to turn to. Add in some sweet cream butter, a touch of honey, and heaven is only one bite away.

BUT SAM can I just run to the store and grab a tube of crescent roll dough? It’s so much easier!

Yes, you can. And yes, it is. These carbs cannot be whipped up in 20 minutes or less. So if you are looking for a quick and dirty bread, go ahead and pop open that cardboard tube.

These rolls are special. These rolls deserve to be baked up for holidays and lazy rainy Saturdays. When you pull them out of the oven and behold your masterpiece you will thank yourself for opting for the homemade version.

First, you mix, then knead, let rise, knead some more, cut, bake, and enjoy!
