“Skinny” Bang Bang Shrimp

“Skinny” Bang Bang Shrimp is a lightened up version of the sweet and spicy appetizer popular at Bonefish Grill.

Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe- Bonefish Grill Copycat

Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill is the most delicious shrimp you will EVER taste in your ENTIRE life.

Since Bonefish Grill has an entire day dedicated to this tasty appetizer (Bang Wednesday), it is my suspicion that Bang Bang Shrimp is their most popular menu item.

You certainly deserve to indulge and treat yourself to this appetizer at Bonefish Grill when you have the chance.

In this lighter version of Bang Bang Shrimp, aka “Skinny” Bang Bang Shrimp, my goal is to re-create the sweet and spicy taste of this popular shrimp dish without the calories that come from breading and frying.

Sour cream keeps the sauce creamy, Thai sweet chili sauce adds the uniquely sweet flavor that Bang Bang Shrimp offers and sriracha sauce gives it the extra spice that everyone adores.

You can grill your shrimp, cook it in a pan, or bake it in the oven. It’s your choice. I personally like grilled shrimp for this recipe.
