Crab and Shrimp Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 12 oz medium shrimp cooked and deveined
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 cup red onion minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp capers
Instructions
  1. Chop the crab and shrimp meat into small pieces. Add to a large bowl.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for one hour. Enjoy by itself, with crackers, or spread on a buttery croissant.
