Rich white gravy is one of the ultimate comfort foods. Serve with flaky biscuits or smooth mashed potatoes!

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  1. In a saucepan over low/medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the flour. Slowly pour in the milk, gently whisking as you do so. Allow the mixture to bubble, and continue whisking until desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
