Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Dip

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup red Tabasco
  • 2/3 cup IPA beer
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, Tabasco, IPA beer, and garlic powder. Gently stir in the chicken until combined.

  2. Pour the dip into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies!

If you don't like IPA beer use an IPA lovers favorite beer.
