In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, green onions, and dried beef until combined.
Lay out a tortilla and spread half of the cream cheese mixture from corner to corner. Roll the tortilla up. Repeat with the second tortilla and the rest of the cream cheese mix.
Wrap rollups in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. When you are ready to serve, cut vertically to your desired thickness. Serve and enjoy.
